WQAC organized our Committee into three subteams to improve our workflow, gained 13.5 new members, and made substantial progress on ongoing initiatives. We are developing a new Organizer Handbook, making progress on the Learning Management System (LMS) project, conducted investigations, and other important documents.

In the last quarter, the WCA Integrity Committee opened 10 cases and closed 12. This resulted in 2 bans and 4 warnings, while 6 cases ended with no action. This Digest contains summaries of notable cases, as well as updates on WIC membership changes.

The WCA Board has decided to add Face Turning Octahedron (FTO) to the WCA’s list of official events and remove Clock. FTO will be available for inclusion in WCA competitions from January 2, 2027. Clock will no longer be available following the WCA World Championship 2027, which will be the last competition to hold the event.
